Vince Viancourt

Vince is a proud father of a son that was a high school honors student, graduated college Suma Cum Laude, and is now employed at a very prestigious Chicago corporation. Vince has always been actively involved in all aspects of his son’s life: education, church, sports, music.  Some of the favorite things they do as a father/son team are playing and watching sports, performing and playing music, learning and experiencing new things.  They share a passion for experiencing great food, new cultures and meeting new people, which they accomplish by U.S. and international travel on a regular basis.  Being from a large family, spending time with their many relatives is also a priority and joy.

Vince spent 21 years with the Cleveland Fire Department and was actively involved in not only the activities of his job, but also many functions through the Union and his community. He is involved in many activities for fundraising, working with all citizens from adults to children on fire safety, CPR, volunteering at the local food bank, etc.  He was involved in a number of high profile fires and rescues.  He was awarded a number of medals and commendations for his efforts, including the honor of carrying the torch for the 1996 Olympics.  In the latter part of his career on the Fire Department, Vince realized the need for protection and peace of mind for himself and coworkers that insurance provides, especially due to the exposure to many hazardous situations on the job. He also realized, as a government employee, the glaring need for better retirement preparation.  Consequently, after getting licensed for Life, Health, Accident & Sickness and annuities in nine states and appointed with numerous insurance and financial product carriers he began the journey to provide that protection to what is now a client base of over 8,000 city, state and federal employees throughout the upper Midwest, as well as FL and other southern states.

Through the numerous top rated carriers that we represent, Vince is passionate about providing great protection at great prices, to suit the needs of each client, and to educate them on how to recognize their needs and goals, what they can and should do, as well as how to accomplish their vision.  He has been in the public employee sector for almost 25 years, and more recently is addressing the needs of the private sector as well.

Bill Rickert

Bill spent 35 years working as a corporate executive with industry leaders such as Procter & Gamble and Solo Cup Company, as well as start up and private equity ventures.  Working and consulting in the area of start ups and small business ventures he developed an interest in helping companies improve not only their top line through better sales strategies, but also their bottom line through various cost savings measures. In 2016 Bill began his own company,  Goal Line Strategies, and was soon focusing not just on the business side of planning for success but on the personal side as well.  As a licensed agent in Life, Accident and Health, Bill works with Benefits Consulting Associates, providing security and peace of mind for his clients focused on Retirement, as well as Disability, Accident and Illness, Long Term Care and other available options. 

Bill, and his wife of over 35 years, Deb, live in Naperville, Illinois.  They have 3 sons, Dan, David and Joe.  Dan, graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and went on to become an Army Green Beret before leaving the Army to pursue a career in the private sector.  David graduated from St. Louis University and served in The United States Army as an Army Ranger, and also joined the private sector on completion of his service.  Joe graduated from the University of Kentucky and works for a professional sports team in sales and marketing. 

Serving and giving back are very important to Bill and Deb. They live this by volunteering for several different organizations such as Operation Support our Troops America, an organization they founded to provide support for active duty military, their families and families of fallen service members.  Bill also volunteers for a non profit furniture bank that provides furniture and bedding to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.

Mae Weatherspoon

Upon retiring from the United States Postal Service after 30-years, where for ten of those years Mae was a Supervisor of a large facility, she realized that she hadn't utilized all of the available options that would help prepare her for her retirement years.  She became a client of Benefits Consulting Associates and corrected that. In 2012 she became a board certified insurance agent, specializing in Accident and Health and Life, and has been servicing the greater Chicagoland area.  She is also licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. 

Having been a Supervisor, Mae fully understands the ins and outs of the USPS and the benefits available to their employees.  She is fluent in the available products to protect your funds, help you prepare for your future with annuities, and get substantial bonuses with transferring your existing savings into more beneficial venues!  She also can help you with your insurance needs: disability, critical illness, cancer, accident, long term care, life, etc.

As a mother and grandmother, she has the added benefit of knowledge and understanding how to balance needs and wants for the now and the later, addressing concerns for finances, budgets, health and job forecasting.  

Mae is an active member of her church and community, as well as N.A.P.S., The National Association of Postal Supervisors.  She joined our team in 2015, where she helps others prepare for today and tomorrow through informed  product choices.

Jonelle Cillo

Jonelle began working for Benefits Consulting Associates in the spring of 2007. She is the office manager of our Cleveland office, located in Westlake, Ohio.  The beginning of her career found her in the construction field, working in many capacities for plumbers, builders and developers. When the housing market crashed, she decided to put her many skills to work in the insurance field, one that we know will always be thriving.  She plays a major role in helping to run both the Cleveland and Chicago businesses.  

Jonelle has an extensive background in office systems and administration.  She specializes in all aspects of customer service and handles the day to day needs of the Cleveland area Police and Fire markets.  

Jonelle is church and family oriented. She enjoys watching her large family grow and excel, in life as well as in school and sports.  You can find her on the sidelines taking pictures and videos to share with friends and family.
